STRANGWAY,FOCAL AND MBA HOUSE GUIDELINES
Our team supported leasing agents and property developers at UBC Properties Trust in the preparation of several signage and public realm elements guidelines for mixed-used residential properties at UBC campus. The intent was to collaborate with campus planning to create a more streamlined approval process for individual commercial tenant signage permitting. The guideline include pre-approved sign and public realm/patio elements which the tenants may adapt to suit their brands.

The document contains plans, descriptions, general dimensions, maximums, and precedent images for sign types, material specifications, dimensions and inspirational information for the sign designers.
